Credential Verification in operation at an Arena Fifty Five programme
Credentials

Credential verification that holds when the network doesn't.

A badge is only worth the verification behind it. Arena Fifty Five™ binds every credential to a resolved identity, validates it in under a second at any gate — online or offline — and records every grant, refusal, override and revocation in a tamper-evident trail you can hand to a reviewer.

01Capabilities

What credential verification means here.

Bound at issue, verified at the gate

Every credential references its registration record. A scan returns the holder's name, role, photo where captured and entitlement set, so staff confirm a person rather than a pattern of pixels.

Offline-safe validation

Credentials carry a cryptographic signature that scanners verify locally. Wi-Fi loss does not stop the gate: scans queue on device and reconcile on sync, with duplicate-use and revocation conflicts surfaced for review.

Zone, role and time-window rules

Compose access rules from role, zone and validity window. A contractor is admitted to the loading bay before doors and refused in hospitality at all times — with no separate badge stock.

Capacity control at the door

Session and hospitality gates hold capacity limits. Once reached, further scans refuse with a reason staff can explain and you can evidence afterwards.

Exceptions that leave a trace

Refusals return plain-language reasons and a recommended next action. Overrides require the permission, a reason and an operator — and appear in the on-site exception report.

Evidence a reviewer accepts

Grants, refusals, revocations, overrides, gates and operators are written to a hash-chained log and exported as a bundle with an integrity verification result.

02Engage

Bring us your access matrix.

Send your zones, roles and accreditation rules. We will return a working credential configuration with gate-by-gate verification logic for your next edition.

  • Credentials bound to one verified identity per person
  • Sub-second validation that works with no connectivity
  • Role, zone and time-window access rules at every gate
  • Plain-language refusal reasons and permissioned overrides
  • Hash-chained access trail with exportable evidence packs

03Questions

Frequently asked.

How do I confirm a badge belongs to the person presenting it?

The scan resolves the credential to its registration record and returns the holder's name, role, entitlements and photo where captured, so staff confirm a visual match. Every scan is logged with the operator, gate and device.

Does verification still work if the venue network drops?

Yes. Credentials are validated offline against a cryptographic signature, scans queue locally, and the queue reconciles on sync with duplicate-use and revocation conflicts flagged for review.

Can staff override a refused credential?

Only with the override permission. Overrides require a reason, are attributed to the operator and appear in the exception report — a recorded decision, never a silent bypass.

What can we prove after the event?

Who was granted, refused or revoked access, at which gate, under which rule and by which operator — exported as a tamper-evident bundle with an integrity verification result.
